Bone APPLE tea?

We all heard of the awful smelling, but wonderful product of apple cider vinegar, right? Aside from its strong aroma, apple cider vinegar has a foul bittersweet taste that can only be diluted in water and/or food.

Although it has its cons, this product has some amazing benefits that you may not have heard of. Not only can it add a sweet touch to your everyday meals, but apple cider vinegar can help you lose weight and– get this– help clear your skin!

As a young woman, I’ve struggled with acne prone skin ever since my early teenage years. Through my journey of trying to find the perfect product to cure my blemished skin I realized that there is no one single product that can absolutely cure acne without continual use of the product. Most products that contain benzoyl peroxide dry out the skin, which can strip your skin of its natural oils. Although it may clear the breakouts on your skin, the clearness is only temporary.

So after you try these endless skin products that give the same temporary result, what now? What makes apple cider vinegar so different from these other skin products? Well, number one apple cider vinegar is an organic and natural product. It’s a tonic that may dry out your skin a little, however, it will not strip your skin of its natural oils. This helps to eliminate the excess oil being produced on the skin. Number two, apple cider vinegar fades away dark spots and acne scars. It lightens the problems areas so that your face can be toned. Last, it can be used to help remove makeup.

The first step to applying apple cider vinegar putting one part vinegar (or more if you choose) to two parts water. This slightly dilutes the acidity in the apple cider vinegar. Then you take a cotton ball or face pad and run the solution over dark spots and problem areas. Leave this solution on for about 20 minutes. After that, I usually wash it off with my daily facial cleanser. You can use any cleanser you choose to wash off the solution.

As two weeks went by, I already see a change in my skin tone. My dark spots are fading, my pores are getting smaller, and my skin feels much softer. Apple cider vinegar is making a great difference in my daily cleansing routine, and I urge you all to try it soon.
