The Delta Theta Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. will be hosting their Koronation and Miss Krimson & Kream Pageant this Sunday, April 2nd, 2017 at 4:00 P.M. at The Penn Stater Hotel.
The two-part event will be held at 215 Innovation Blvd. in State College, PA, specifically in Dean’s Hall. It will showcase the achievements of the Delta Theta chapter, members of other chapters as well as other individuals on campus.
The Koronation is a formal banquet event that acts as a bridge between alumni and undergraduate Kappas from the Delta Theta chapter. The pageant is a scholarship pageant where the student crowned Miss Krimson & Kream 2017 will win $1,500. The pageant is centered around the fraternity’s five objectives which are to unite college men of culture, patriotism, and honor in a bond of fraternity, to encourage honorable achievement in every field of human endeavor, to promote the spiritual, social, intellectual, and moral welfare of its members, to assist the aims and purposes of colleges and universities and to inspire service in the public interest.
The event will be an elegant and classy affair, so the attire is formal. It will also feature a cocktail reception and a three-course meal.
