RISE Up this weekend From Alien movies to coffee shops and everything in between, here's a guide to your weekend.

ALIENS ARE COMING

The Student Programming Association (SPA) is hosting a viewing of Alien: Covenant, a sci-fi film that is the sequel to the 2012 film Prometheus. The movie follows a group of people on a colony ship that lands on an unknown planet and makes a shocking discovery.

SPA will show the film on Friday and Saturday at 10 p.m. in the HUB-Robeson Center’s Freeman Auditorium. Admission is free with your Penn State Student ID.

STAY IN

Looking for a show to binge on Netflix this weekend? Try Sense8. The sci-fi show follows a group of eight strangers from different parts of the world that are physically and emotionally linked. The group tries to understand their connection and use their new abilities to help each other. It gets weird at some points, but deals with the complex issues of sexuality and gender identity.

A JAM

Luis Fonsi, Daddy Yankee, and Justin Bieber are STILL topping the charts with the Reggaeton-pop hit Despactio. The song is once again No. 1 on the Billboard Top 100 and is the best way to start the weekend.
